Paget’s Disease is an epidermal adenocarcinoma presenting as exudative eczematous lesions joining in red plaques, while the histology emphasizes the presence of great clear cells called “Paget’s cells”. A mammary(MPD) and extramammary (EPD) disease are distinguished: the last may involve genital (vulva, scrotum),groin-perineal or axillar areas, and sometimes is associated with an adjacent apocrine or eccrine gland carcinoma, or a concomitant gastrointestinal or genitourinary cancer(rectum, cervix, urethra). A case of unusual multicentric (mammary and extramammary) Paget’s disease, associated with vulvar and breast carcinomas, is reported. The clinical features and relationships with to pathogenetic theories are discussed.
