Acute generalized exanthematic pustulosis (AGEP) is a febrile erythematous pustular widespread cutaneous eruption following a viral infection and/or drug intake in patients without psoriatic history. AGEP resolves spontaneously in ten days after withdrawal of drug or with steroid therapy. Two typical cases following administration of amoxicillin in the first case and cyclines in the second case are described.
