Multiple penetrating stab wounds of the hearth, abdomen and trunk

Penetrating cardiac injuries are life-threatening and usually require emergency surgical interventions. Overview of a forty-year-old male with multiple penetrating knife inflicted stab wounds to the left chest, heart, abdomen and trunk. Presented is a clinical manifestations, course of first aid and overall surgical help given to the injured with multiple stabs wounds. It suggests efficiency of rapid diagnostics and surgical approach to penetrating stab wounds of the heart and presentation of postoperative course and definitive outcome of treatment.
