Duodenal duplication cysts are rare congenital anomalies usually diagnosed in infancy; nevertheless, in some cases the lesion can remain asymptomatic until adulthood. When indicated, the usual management of symptomatic cases involves surgical resection via laparotomy or endoscopic marsupialization of the cyst. In this paper we describe a totally laparoscopic resection in a 34-year-old woman with a duodenal duplication cyst.
