According to the “open treatment” of wound infections and antibiotic therapy principles, we report a short case report and an MNR image, of recidivant mediastinitis plus mild ostheomielitis due to a Staph. aureus methicillin resistant (MRSA) after major neonatal cardiac surgery operation. MRSA is an independent risk factor for mortality after cardiac surgery.
