Intradiploic epidermoid cyst of the lateral wall of orbit is uncommon. Most of the cases reported to date have presented with proptosis. Presentation with a non-healing sinus is not known with epidermoids unlike dermoids. The authors present a rare case of epidermoid of the lateral wall of the orbit presenting with a non-healing sinus. Intradiploic epidermoids too can present with discharging sinus. Complete removal of the tumour and its capsule are essential for adequate surgical treatment and good long-term prognosis.
