Aortic dissection have a high mortality and morbidity rate, especially when their ruptures and/or dissections are not treated with appropriate and timely interventional treatment. Right arcus aorta is a rare anomaly. In this article, we report thoracic endovascular stent grafting treatment with closure of bilateral subclavian arteries performed in a 76-year-old patient with ruptured type B dissection and right arcus aorta.
