We present a case of a giant aneurysm of the right coronary artery mimicking a cardiac tumor. Patient was referred for a right atrial mass that might correspond to a myxoma on the basis of its location and characteristics or a hydatid cyst. Previous to surgery, a two-dimensional echocardiogram, a computed tomographic image, a magnetic resonance image and a coronary angiography was performed to assess the diagnosis of the mass.
