A case of rare gingival hypertrophy in a 14-year-old child suffering from Sturge-Weber syndrome is reported. The hypertrophic gingival tissue was removed with prophylactic reasons and to facilitate in feeding. The outcome was satisfactory allowing the child to eat more adequately.
