The appearance of a diaphragmatic hernia as a result of toraco - abdominal injuries is a not uncommon evenience. Many of these lesions do not come diagnosed in the course of the clinical budget in urgency, remaining therefore undiagnosed. We describe a case of late presentation of post-traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
