Eruptions cysts are very frequent oral mucosa’s formations and appear before a teeth’s eruption. If there is the inclusion of that teeth surgery is suggested. Treatment of these lesions is now made easier by surgery with diode laser. Using a diode laser with a wave length of 810 Ìm and a max power of 3 watt we used a surgery methods that allows the enucleation of cystic lesion reducing to minumum the patient’s discomfort. The applied surgery method allowed to eliminate the lesion as well as to obtain a rapid and complete healing of treated area. Diode laser is the ideal instrument for the surgery treatment of less tissues. This thanks to the almost entire absence of patient’s discomfort as well as for treatment’s speed and the absolute respect if tissues near treatment’s area.
