Solid-pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas are rare neoplasms with low malignant potentiality. They grow quite slowly and also support long disease-free periods even in patients who have recurrence or metastases. Authors present two cases of SPT and suggest that surgical radical resection, where technically feasible, should be considered the therapy of choice.
