We present a case of a 19-year-old male referred to the vascular surgeon because of detected anomaly of his iliac vessels. Earlier he had underwent a detailed investigation due to accidentally discovered left kidney agenesis. A CT angiography demonstrated the absence of his left kindey, left renal artery and well-developed left common iliac artery that entered into the small pelvis without branching to the external iliac artery, and finally forming the left common femoral artery after passing the inguinal ligament.
