Chest oppression in the early postpartum period due to multivessel spontaneous coronary artery dissection

Chest oppression occasionally occurs in the early postpartum period, and in rare cases is due to spontaneous coronary artery dissection. The condition can cause unheralded myocardial infarction and sudden death. We present a case of spontaneous coronary dissection in the early postpartum period that received surgery. She was success to discharge and remains asymptomatic at 36-month clinical follow-up.
