A rare case of colonrectal metachronous adenocarcinomas

In this work, the Authors bring again a case of metacrhonous neoplasia of the large bowel, in a subject of 62 years previously subjected to surgical treatment of colic resection for adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid flexure. He was subjected follow-up until to 3 years after the surgical intervention, and in total absence of illness for all this period, the subject, gets out of this protocol spontaneously. To distance of 2 years, for appearance of painful abdominal symptomatology, he is subjected to endoscopic control with new find of adenocarcinoma of the large bowel, and to following surgical treatment.
