We report a case of aortic saddle embolism with plevic ischemia treated successfully by the multivessel embolectomy of the abdominal aorta, bilateral iliac arteries and inferior mesenteric artery(IMA) under laparotomy. Postoperatively the patient was complicated with myonephrotic-metabolic syndrome. Plasmafil-tration was performed as the cytokine removal therapy to decrease reperfusion injury. Multivessel embolectomy could relief pelvic ischemia and plasmafiltration was effective to avoid multiorgan failure after reperfusion.
