Splanchnic aneurysm are an uncommon disease; high frequency and difficulty in diagnosis are the cause of high mortality. The Authors report a case of gastroduodenal artery aneurysm treated with endoaneurysmorrhaphy. Our surgical strategy let a quick resolution of the disease, avoiding a more dangerous pancreas resection, and dimonstrated in the follow-up a complete absence of vascolarization in the aneurysm's cavity.
