The patient is introduced with a sintomatologia painful abdominal subacute associate to intermittent vomit, transitory episodes of closing of the alvo and above all with the presence of a mobile and palpable epigastric mass. A precise diagnosis has been set thanks to the use of the TC that has also furnished precious information for the operating planning. The surgical operation has confirmed the radiological diagnosis.
