D’Angelo C., Zuccon W., Giorgtta C., Balduzzi V., Tagliabue F., Quaretta F., Bonandrii L.

PDF

Two cases of urachal fistula personally observed are reported. A review of the literature on urachal pathology is presented and the anatomic, semeiotic, clinical-diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics are evaluated. There are various clinical manifestations of this pathology, so it is difficult to make a diagnosis without instrumental investigation. The most effective treatment is the total surgical excision of the urachus.
