Hemangiomatosis of the spleen is a rare benign vascular disease which may occur during a systemic hemangiomatosis or, less commonly, be localized to the spleen. A new case of localized hemangiomatosis of the spleen is reported and its histological and immunohistological benign characteristics are underlined.
