The authors report the very rare case of a patient with a sacrococcygeal localization of a teratoma. Computed tomography showed that this mass, spreading from the rectum, was in the retrorectal space and dislocated the uterus anteriorly. Combined surgery was carried out abdominal laparotomy and Kraske way. The mass originated from the rectal wall so that a little extramucosal resection of the rectal wall has been required. The presence of tooth embryological structures inside the tumour confirmed the diagnosis of teratoma.
