Authors present various osteotomic surgical techniques, according to their respective indications about talus contiguous bones disalignment. Therefore the osteotomies of the tibia, fibula, os calcis and navicular, are named “peritalar”. Particularly they described supramalleolar tibialis and fibular osteotomy by opening/closing wedge, only the distal tibialis osteotomy, the calcaneal opening/closing wedge (swing) osteotomy, of the calcaneum anterior process and navicular osteotomy often associated.
