A case of simultaneous pleomorphic adenomas of the left parotid and ipsilateral submandibular glands was reported. The patient was a 57-year-old woman who had a one-year history of an asymptomatic mass in the left parotid gland and in the ipsilateral submandibular gland. Both lesions were diagnosed by fine-needle aspiration citology as a Pleomorphic adenoma. A superficial parotidectomy and submandibular scialoadenectomy was performed. Simultaneous pleomorphic adenomas in the salivary glands are so rare, in fact, only few tumors occurring simultaneously in the parotid and submandibular glands are reported in the literature.
