Kimura’s disease is a rare immunological condition only occurring in oriental patients, with benign characteristics and specific clinical and anatomo-pathological signs. Based on a literature review and personal experience, two cases of Kimura’s disease with parotid and orbital location in children are discussed in clinical and therapeutic terms.
