Combined coronary artery bypass surgery and carotid endarterectomy is a controversial topic. With the recent revival of off-pump coronary artery surgery the question remains very actual. The aim of this study was to present a comprehensive review of the topic focusing on current strategies, including off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery.
