We ­report a ­case of infec­tive endo­car­ditis in ­which Gel­atin-­Resorcin-­Formol bio­log­ical ­glue ena­bled ­safe and effec­tive ­aortic ­root ­repair to be per­formed in a 57-­year-old man ­with infec­tive endo­car­ditis and sub­se­quent ­aortic ­valve insuf­fi­ciency.
