The Authors present again, after two years, the use of platelet gel in chronic cutaneous wounds. The new cases treated are described and a computerized clinical recording is introduced. They stress the importance of collaboration between nurses and the doctors. In the second part of the article they report the legal indications of the Ministry of Health regarding the use of blood derivatives.
