Two patients with venous aneurysms in superior members were reported, one showing aneurysmatic formations in the right hand and the other multiple venous aneurysms in the right and left arms. The clinical complaint was the presence of tumorous injuries and the diagnosis was confirmed by phlebography. The first case received surgical treatment and an expectant conduct was adopted in the second case. A review of the literature on the subject in respect to etiology, treatment and main complications was undergone.
